High Sensitivity Hydrogen Selective Sensor Module - Hydlog20

Attention those troubled by sensor false detections! High-sensitivity sensor + hydrogen-selective sensor hybrid sensor module.

In order to eliminate the trade-offs of gas sensors, we have developed a sensor module for "hydrogen leak detection" that is highly sensitive and has excellent hydrogen selectivity. 【Features】Hybrid Sensor Module (Trigger Sensor + Main Sensor = Hybrid Sensor Module) <Ultrasonic Hydrogen Gas Sensor (Trigger Sensor)> ■ High sensitivity (1,000 ppm) ■ High-speed continuous detection (captures instantaneous hydrogen) ■ Capable of detecting other gas concentrations as well <Alloy Thin Film Sensor (Main Sensor)> ■ Thin film of hydrogen-absorbing alloy that reacts only to hydrogen ■ Reacts exclusively to hydrogen even in mixed gas environments ■ Detects hydrogen even in an oxygen-free environment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"Multi-Point Hydrogen Leakage Monitoring Network System" <Kitakyushu City Subsidy Project>

Safe operation of the pipeline supply of "unpaid hydrogen sulfide." Centralized monitoring of a wide area with wireless hydrogen sensors.

The "Multi-Point Hydrogen Leakage Monitoring Network System" is a system designed to safely operate the supply of odorless hydrogen through pipelines, demonstrated in the hydrogen pipeline of Kitakyushu City. Wireless hydrogen sensors are installed in handholes. By combining these with a "leakage hydrogen guidance cover," early leakage detection is achieved. In the operation of odorless hydrogen, there is no need for the costs of odorization and deodorization. This contributes to a hydrogen supply chain built on a maintenance system that does not rely on human intervention. 【Components (Excerpt)】 ■ Wireless, battery-operated IoT hydrogen sensors ■ Fiber optic hydrogen sensors ■ LPWA cloud network ■ Leakage hydrogen guidance cover *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Tohoku University Technology: Hydrogen Gas Sensor and Manufacturing Method: T08-067

When introducing a 1000 ppm hydrogen-nitrogen mixture into 100% nitrogen, a change in resistance value exceeding one digit and a response time of less than one second is possible.

To solve the depletion of fossil fuels and environmental issues, hydrogen is being recognized as a potentially useful energy resource for the future. However, there is a risk of explosion if the hydrogen concentration in the atmosphere exceeds 4%, making it essential to have hydrogen sensors that can accurately and quickly detect hydrogen leaks to use hydrogen fuel safely. In other words, the top priority for hydrogen utilization is said to be the development of sensors that are indispensable for safety measures to ensure the secure use of the system, rather than the development of fuel cells themselves. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a hydrogen sensor that has a simple structure, is low-cost, highly durable, and possesses high detection sensitivity, a wide detection range, and hydrogen gas selectivity.

Development of hydrogen gas sensors: Ball SAW hydrogen gas sensor

Introduction to portable gas chromatographs for gas analysis anytime, anywhere.

This explains the mechanism of the "Ball SAW Hydrogen Gas Sensor." Ultrasonic waves are generated by a metal thin-film electrode. These ultrasonic waves circulate around the equator and respond to slight changes in the sensing membrane. The metal thin-film electrode then receives the ultrasonic waves and can detect slight signal changes. 【Features】 ■ Ultra-high sensitivity ■ Ultra-fast response ■ Gas analysis possible anytime, anywhere ■ Surface vibrations of the quartz ball detect trace molecules *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
